Facilities
MEL is equipped with complete in-house gear manufacturing and heat treatment facilities. These comprise of CNC's, Hobbing, Shaving, Broaching, Spiral Bevel Gear Generators, Continuous and Batch Carburizing, Nitriding, Normalizing, Tempering Furnaces and Induction Hardening Machines. A well equipped tool room provides necessary support for jig/fixture manufacturing, tool design and sharpening.
